In general, you may browse our Sites, download our Apps from Google Play Store, avail our Services without providing any Personal Information about yourself. However, certain information such as your IP address, demographics, your computers’ operating system, and browser type may be collected in order to provide better usability, troubleshooting, site maintenance, and to understand which parts of the Sites are visited and how frequently.

When you register on our Sites, or contact us through different channels, or use our Apps we may require you to provide us with certain Personal Information such as your name, Gender, email address, company or type of business if self-employed, Government Identity numbers (Aadhaar number / PAN, etc), telephone number and similar data. We may also ask for applicable copy of proofs for one or more of the following purposes- registration, identifying you, contacting you, providing access to use our Apps and provide access to desirable content and Services based on your preferences.

During Registration, enrolment and Payment processes, sometime we may have to follow Government Regulations and Guidelines, like 2-stage (2-Factor) Authentication set by RBI. To fulfil this guideline, we may ask your Biometrics (Fingerprint and/or IRIS scan) with AADHAAR Number or we may ask your Mobile number for OTP.

If you choose not to provide your Personal Information that is mandatory to us, we may not be able to provide access to use our Site, Apps or Services.

You may access, update, or correct your Personal Information that we hold, including your profile and preferences. You may do so in the corresponding sections of the Sites, Apps and Services where such information was provided.
